Facing hardship, such as a job one dislikes or a lack of money, people react in very different ways. While some argue that acceptance is the wisest response, others believe that effort to improve one’s circumstances is the better path. Although both views have merit, I largely side with the second.
Those who favour acceptance usually emphasise stability and mental well-being. Leaving an unsatisfying job without an alternative, for instance, could leave a family without any income, so tolerating the situation temporarily may be the responsible choice. Moreover, constantly struggling against circumstances that cannot be changed, such as a recession, can cause stress and frustration. Accepting reality in such cases allows people to conserve their energy and focus on what they can control.
However, I believe that passive acceptance is rarely a sound long-term strategy. Most difficult situations are at least partly within a person’s power to change. An employee who is unhappy at work can acquire new qualifications, seek a transfer, or apply elsewhere, while someone short of money can take on extra work or learn to budget more carefully. Without such initiative, a temporary problem may become a permanent one, and the person risks a lasting sense of helplessness. History also shows that progress, both personal and social, comes from people who refused to settle for the status quo.
In my view, the most sensible approach combines both ideas: people should accept the parts of a situation they cannot change, but actively work to improve the parts they can. This keeps them calm without making them complacent.
In conclusion, although accepting a bad situation can offer short-term security and peace of mind, taking action is generally more beneficial because it opens the way to a better future
View 1:
If you ask about why you think its best to endure this thing they will say that "bad situation will end with enjoyment if you endure them enough" and it's true if you think about it. Let me tell a story:
For three years, Me had to wedge heavy, unyielding clay every morning, my hands aching with blisters while i dreamed of making something beautiful. When i asked my master when he could finally shape a vase, my teacher replied, "The clay must suffer the pressure before it can hold the fire."
I endured the grueling monotony. Finally, on the first day of my fifth year, my hands moved with effortless precision, shaping a brilliant, award-winning vase that took first prize at the regional festival. I realized then that enduring the hardship was simply the necessary foundation for my success.
View 2:
If you ask them why they will say that 'being in bad situation will become more and more bad its not gonna go up' however i do have little thing to say about this one too
Conversely, others argue that passive endurance often leads to a downward spiral. For instance, a small-business owner who endlessly pours money into a failing restaurant hoping things will improve will only see mounting debts and ruined health, proving that unyielding hardship often compounds rather than resolves.
My opinion:
I think that neither of them is entirely right on its own. While enduring hardship builds crucial resilience and character, blindly staying in a toxic environment without a plan leads to stagnation. Conversely, walking away at the first sign of trouble prevents personal growth. Therefore, the most effective approach is a balanced one: individuals should endure temporary challenges only when there is a clear, long-term purpose, but they must actively take steps to change their circumstances if the situation becomes permanently destructive
People have mixed thoughts about how they should deal with unforeseen situations, such as an unsatisfactory job or financial instability. While some believe that accepting these situations and striving for the betterment of these situations is more crucial. From my perspective, accepting these situations is necessary, and making an effort to deal with and enhance these situations is more beneficial.
On one side, those who accept the situation argue that sometimes accepting the unpleasant situation can be a sensible decision. This is because certain situations are beyond human immediate control, so instead of taking stress and being mentally unwell, people should accept the situation. For example, an employee who cannot find another job immediately may choose to remain in their current position while maintaining a stable income and searching for better opportunities. Similarly, people experiencing financial struggle may need to accept their current limitations and adjust their spending habits. Therefore, acceptance can help individuals maintain stability and deal with challenging situations.
On the contrary, I believe that making a struggle for the betterment of the future is more beneficial. It helps to deal with difficult situations and overcome them. It also takes one out of one's comfort zone so they can find opportunities outside the bubble, which can help them pursue their intended goals. For instance, someone who is dissatisfied with their job could learn new skills, gain additional qualifications, or apply for positions that offer better salaries and working conditions. Likewise, people facing financial problems can allocate a budget for their personal expenditures to reduce unwanted expenses. Although these changes may take time and effort, they can improve a person's financial security and overall quality of life.
To sum up, accepting the difficult circumstances can provide temporary stability and reduce stress. I believe that people should generally try to improve their situations whenever possible. By remaining realistic, developing their skills, and taking practical actions, individuals can increase their chances of achieving a more satisfying life.
"Every dark cloud has a silver lining" is a famous proverb and a part of the personality or attitude of a number of people. Such people have the tendency to tackle the hardships of life and look for, strive for better moments. These human beings are the embodiment of another famous saying, "Que Cera Cera", which is translated as "whatever will be, will be." There are some things in life which are not under human control, and trying to control the outcome of such things only results in depression, sadness, and a feeling of being lost. Having an unsatisfactory job helps one learn skills that may be or will be needed in a dream job. Everyone has to start at somewhere, and maybe starting from an unsatisfactory job gives birth to resilience that will be needed in one's dream job. Subsequently, a shortage of money teaches one to ration and budget. When a person has financial freedom, they might end up buying luxuries they never needed in the first place but when one is strapped for cash, they learn how to manage their expenses in a shorter money pool. This not only teaches one to budget but also discipline. The argument that it is better to improve the situation takes a nuanced approach to this predicament. Such individuals do not settle for the bare minimum. These individuals have a certain expectation from life, they like to live life on their own terms. But alas, life is not a bed of roses, and one cannot always get what they wish for. This, however, does not mean that one should never strive for better opportunities, better finances but this suggest that one should make the most out of every circumstance of life. I am of the opinion that hardships are the way of life strenghtening you. I once read this interesting theory, that those who never broke a bone in their body, suffer great emotional distress, meaning thereby that everyone must go through hardships of life, whether it be physical, mental, emotional or financial. Overcoming these hardships is what gives the sense of accomplishment and fulfillment.
In today's society, some people believe that it is best to accept a bad situation whereas other people argue it is better to try and improve such situations. I do agree about improving and making the situation better but at the same time, is it possible to improve if one has a limited option of job offer.
To begin with accepting a bad situation especially the job can be better as some individuals might have lesser options for job opportunities. One of the reason for limited employement offer is beacuse of increasing population, especially country like Australia where people for different countries come for work. For example; the early childhood teachers are struggling to find job due to high number of applicants and there are few kinder teacher including me has to work in minimum pay with loads of responsibilities.
From another perspective, one can try and improve the situations by looking for another job or showing your potential in a workplace and achieve the progress. One can attend the professional development training to enhace the skills and knowledge which will help to achieve more in the job. For intance; if a kinder teacher shows progess in the curriculum, the room environment with partnership with parents, a company will start to value you, which can lead to increase in salary.
In contrast, to accept the bad situation is better when one have limited options with this increasement in population whereas, in some cases one can try and improve their situation by enhancing their skills and proving their value.
Some individuals have a perspective that unfortunate situations such as a worst job or financial issues should be accepted as a part of life and could not be changed. Whereas, others believe that we should work hard and keep trying to change and improve our lives. I will discuss both views but I absolutely agree with the second argument. First argument is in a favor of loss of hope while second argument is focused more on striving and combating in order to improve the unfortunate situations.
In the first argument, some individuals have an opinion to accept the unfortunate situations but this attitude seems more like a loss of hope and such people start deteriorating in their lives like a stagnant water because they stop thriving for the best. That is to say, people who do not try to improve their lives never grow in their professional lives. Moreover, they loose the significance of hard work and confidence to step towards a better life.
The second opinion holds more weight of positive approach towards the life and failures. I believe that who do not rely on unsatisfactory situations and keep thriving to change the failure into a win have more chances to flourish in their lives. Furthermore, people with positive mind sets are eager to learn from bad situations and work hard to improve their lives. They trust their instincts and eventually achieve that is best for them. Such people have better mind set to get benefits out of their failures.
In conclusion, accepting bad situations only lead us to losing hopes and determination in life but accepting the failure from a positive mind set while working hard is a key to achieve our goals. A famous quote is that God helps those who helps themselves and this is the best saying to stay motivated in life.
Some people contend that accepting bad circumstances is the best thing we can do, while others, myself included, would argue that people should try and do their best to overcome these terrible situations. In this essay, I will analyze both views.
On the one hand, many advocates of accepting a terrible circumstances have a range of adjustifications to protect their opinions. One of the key reason is that individuals who in case of such an unsatisfactory job or shortage of money will spend less time on finding other places to commute or less negative energy when they feel disappointed about it than those who always try to seek a better environment, like earning more money or having a better life. Proponents believe that these elements will keep these people from negative emotions, stay opimistic, along with improving their mental health. However, I would contend that living in a terrible environment without any actions to pass over it is like we embrace to sacrify our opportunities to develop, our chance to have a good education for our future generations.
Further more, overcoming a terrible setback will assist a personal mentally, breavely and develop a growth mindset. So whenever they face with a difficult challenge, their thinking and encouragement will allow they to over take it. For example, like Cristiano Ronaldo, a influential player, famous for his mental and his mind set as well, which allow him go on from time to time without giving up. Plus, people can also achieve more benefits, such as a good quality of life, a high salary or a good amenity for their life than those step back in a hard situation.
In conclustion, embracing a terrible circumstances is not a best way; instead, we should practice our mindset to surpass this drawback to obtain more chances and amenities than those who accept to live in a setback.
Some individuals trust that it good to buy the idea of bad situation ,which includes being unsatisfied with the job or even lack of finance ,whereas others suggest that it's better to give more trials for the improvement of the circumstances .I strongly agree that people should be encouraged to give more trials for improvement. One important reason for encouraging people to give out trials is that they will be in a position to be creative and innovative .When an individual is given a space to do something he or she must come up with a new ways of making that task more better every time .For instance when some is working on a certain thing for consecutive time they get to master whereby they get an opportunity of gaining more skills which enhance creativity and innovation .Unlike when someone accept unsatisfying impact of any task or even shortage of finance. Another benefit is that that when they keep on trying such challenging situations they will be in a position to gain confidence in what they are doing .When an individual conducts a certain task for a repetative times they will be more confidence as each time they get an opportunity of correcting the errors made in previous situations. This is contradicting to when someone accept the unsatisfactory results and just move on or when accept the insufficiency of money . In conclusion ,I strongly support that individuals should be motivated to give more trials in order to better there situations .This is because when they do so they will be in a position to be more creative and innovative ,whereby they can be more productive .In addition they gain confidence in that scenario of repeating some task .Generally when they accept they unsatisfying results they will not experience such privileges.
There is a considerable debate surrounding the issue of bad circumstance like money shortage or unsatisfactory job and should the state be improved or not. In my opinion, improving an already bad situation is how we grow into becoming the best version of ourselves. While these is an advantageous process, there are a few draw backs.
One significant advantage, is the reward of more income. Researchers have proven that money does not only add value to a people but it also brings happiness and fulfillment. The joy that come with content from ones occupation is immeasurable. Beyond this, is a factor called growth. Growth means significant increase in length, size, value, category and everyday standard of life. It brings maximum peace, respect and value. Working in a peaceful and respectable environment is worth more than accepting a bad situation at work.
On the other hand, accepting a bad situation at work can affect ones health. Families, relatives and friends all have various requests without worrying about the individuals mental, physical and financial state. This can put an enormous concern on the overall well-being of the people, which can lead to depression and even high blood pressure. Additionally, it can lead to unfulfillment in ones career. Drinking, smoking, lateness to work, are due to dissatisfaction that comes with a bad situation at work like abuse, violence, overworking, stress and much more.
In conclusion, it is clear that peace and financial increase has more positive impact and principles on our daily living and health and should be adapted as abuse and low income in the work place could lead to dead.
It is often argued that fate drives everything, and one must accept it. While other contend that, we are not soldiers of fate. It does not decide everything. We are the infact the makers of it. This essay argues that we are neither. And we must take actions out of duty without expecting any definate favourable outcome.
On the one hand, people who accept every unfavorable incident in the name of fate might find it peaceful to live with, but taking actions to change that outcome is something very few actually do. Actions require acceptance first. Most stop at only acceptance and name it fate.
I stand with others who argue that change can change everything if you work hard enough to make it happen. Acceptance might be the first step of taking action, because living in a mode of denial cannot lead a person to solve the problem.
People who accept unfavorable incidents like unsatisfactory job, or losing money are likely to accept the situation and often address fate as the reason it occurred in the first place. These people actively need a reason to quit taking action and be satisfied in not taking actions to improve the conditions after they get one unsatisfactory reaction of event.
People who take actions rather do not choose to put the blame on anything, and yes, not even themselves. They would rather spend the energy on taking further actions to improve their original condition to make it better. And hence I support this view substantially.
