1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using IELTSbiz ("Service", "we", "us", or "our") at ieltsbiz.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

IELTSbiz provides an AI-powered IELTS Reading practice platform offering AI-generated Cambridge-style passages, all 11 IELTS question types, performance feedback, and progress analytics. The Service is intended for educational and test-preparation purposes only.

3. Accounts

You must sign in using a valid Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

IELTSbiz offers a free tier and paid Pro plans (monthly and lifetime). Payments are processed securely by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method on the agreed billing cycle. All prices are displayed before purchase and include applicable taxes where required by law.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings, effective at the end of the current billing period. Lifetime plans are one-time purchases with no recurring charges.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from the Service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Share your account credentials or resell access to the Service.
  • Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from AI-generated content for commercial purposes.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

6. AI-Generated Content

Passages, questions, and feedback provided by the Service are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended solely for practice purposes. They do not constitute official IELTS materials and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or produced by the British Council, IDP, or Cambridge Assessment English. Scores and band estimates are approximations for guidance only.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, design, branding, and non-AI content of the Service is owned by IELTSbiz and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements. Use of AI-generated content is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IELTSbiz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any IELTS exam outcome. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which IELTSbiz operates.
