1. Monthly Subscriptions

If you subscribed to a monthly Pro plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the charge date. After this period, the charge for the current billing cycle is non-refundable. Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not trigger a refund for the current period.

2. Lifetime Plans

Lifetime plans are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. After 14 days, lifetime purchases are final and non-refundable.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us via our website with:

  • The email address associated with your IELTSbiz account.
  • Your Paddle order or transaction ID (found in your payment receipt email).
  • A brief reason for the refund (optional but helpful for us to improve).

We aim to process all refund requests within 3 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card provider.

4. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Requests submitted outside the applicable refund window.
  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms and Conditions.
  • Renewals where the user did not cancel before the renewal date and a refund was already granted for a previous period.

5. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. If your local law provides for a longer refund period or additional rights, those rights take precedence.

6. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unauthorised chargebacks may result in account suspension. We are committed to resolving any billing issues fairly and promptly.
