Verdict up front: "IELTS Master" is two different products. ieltsmaster.org is a new AI platform with a clever colour-coded writing review, priced at $19–$29 a month or $199 for lifetime access. ielts-master.com is an older coaching site that is rebuilding itself around free lessons.
We rate them 6.5/10 and 6/10. For most candidates our top pick is IELTSbiz, which does more for free and costs less once you pay.

ieltsmaster.org review
ieltsmaster.org calls itself "the dedicated IELTS platform for Central Asia", built in Mongolia, with native-language support. Its most distinctive feature is three-colour writing annotation: red "Band Killers" to fix first, blue "Band 8 Upgrades" to borrow, and green "Strategic Wins" to keep.
Speaking feedback includes a "fluency gap analysis" that counts filler words and suggests replacements. A 21-Day Challenge of daily practice across all four skills ends in a final mock and a certificate.
| Plan | Price (as of October 2026) | Limits |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 3 sessions a day, 1 call per session |
| Starter | $19 / month | 5 sessions a day, 3 calls per session |
| Pro | $29 / month | 8 sessions a day; includes the 21-Day Challenge |
| Intensive | $79 one-time | 60 days, 10 sessions a day |
| Lifetime | $199 one-time | 6 sessions a day; "only 150 units available" |
Strengths: the writing annotation is easy to act on, native-language support is genuinely useful for its region, and the free tier lets you try the core loop.
Limits: every plan, including lifetime, caps your sessions per day; the paid tiers are expensive next to most AI tools; the focus is Writing and Speaking feedback rather than reading diagnosis; and a certificate from a practice platform carries no weight with universities or visa offices. 6.5/10.
ielts-master.com review
ielts-master.com is run by a former IELTS instructor named Lee. It has long offered practice questions for all four skills, strategies and test-day tips. As of October 2026 it says it is "being rebuilt around free media lessons, downloadable practice, and automated study tools".
What is there now is a free Task 2 Practice Pack (50 essay prompts, a 10-minute planning routine and a Band 7 checklist), free writing lessons on video, and a free writing ebook by email.
Strengths: clear Task 2 teaching from an experienced instructor, all free. Limits: nothing marks your own work today, there is no measured practice, and the site is mid-rebuild. 6/10 for now. We will revisit it when the new tools launch.
Our top pick: IELTSbiz
Disclosure: IELTSbiz is ours. Here is why we would choose it over either IELTS Master:
- More for free. Every paper is free within an allowance, with no card. Reading and listening are free every day; Writing and Speaking are marked against the official criteria every month.
- Writing feedback you can check. The Writing Checker marks the four criteria separately and quotes your own sentence behind every correction. The Band 8 Writing Trainer (Pro) teaches each Task 2 essay type, each Task 1 visual and each letter, and marks you paragraph by paragraph.
- Reading that is diagnosed, not just practised. A fresh Cambridge-style passage every session, the trap named on every wrong answer, and a band tracked for each of the 11 question types.
- Unlimited practice and marking on Pro, at a lower price. Pro is from $7.99/month or $50 lifetime, against $19–$29 a month or $199 lifetime at ieltsmaster.org, where every plan caps sessions per day.
